If I were to describe myself with adjectives, curious, ambitious & introspective tops the list. Whether it is my work, a device or even a phenomenon in nature, I’m driven towards understanding its workings. For me, life is as much about understanding the world as it is about understanding myself. I'm constantly exploring new concepts and experiences. I'd rather try than wonder what if - that's what I live by.
Work
I started my professional journey with a Ed-tech startup as a product designer. I am grateful that I started here as I was exposed to different roles and workings of the industry early on. Since then, I have ventured into network & telecommunications domain as an enterprise UX designer.
Beyond core responsibilities, I conduct workshops and presentations about design thinking & new technologies.
Hobbies
Beyond work, I am big on fitness and boxing. I also compete in amateur events. I enjoy moving my body and pushing limits physically and mentally. Away from the ring, I love to sketch & paint. My interests range from black paper, sketching to charcoal to pastels, sometimes, a combination among these. I also like to travel and journal about events, culture, architecture I find interesting.
Education
I'm an engineer turned self-taught designer. Securing a state rank of 2,203 (top 1%) earned me a fully sponsored engineering seat through the Government of Karnataka, India. I chose to pursue Aeronautical Engineering, specialising in aviation systems, and spent four years studying at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru.
